Office Assistant - Sharjah
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
The Office Assistant must be comfortable working with minimal supervision and have the ability to prioritize tasks. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Handling office supplies inventory and ordering what is needed
• Distributing mail and other documents
• Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
• Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment or related field
• Proven track record of strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary: 1600 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign applicants.
