Job Summary:
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team at a renowned 5-star hotel in Dubai. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of kitchen operations and providing high-end dining experiences for our customers. You will devise creative menus and lead the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will be expected to work closely with the front of house staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1100 (negotiable depending on experience). We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have experience as an Executive Chef or a similar role in a 5-star hotel or restaurant setting. They must have excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation styles, health regulations, menu design, food safety management systems, and purchasing processes. They should also have strong problem solving skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate should also possess strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate their team members and ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning and design; managing food costs; developing recipes; ensuring compliance with health regulations; supervising staff; ordering supplies; training staff members; monitoring quality control; designing and executing special events; handling customer inquiries; creating nutrition plans for customers upon request; working closely with front of house staff on customer service initiatives; ensuring timely delivery of orders; analyzing financial data such as sales reports etc..
