Secretary vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are a growing company in Abu-Dhabi looking for a Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently to support the day-to-day office operations.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel or office as necessary;
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages and responding to questions;
• Maintaining filing systems for documents and records;
• Preparing documents and reports;
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events;
• Organizing travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, visa requirements etc. ;
• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc.;
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements when needed.
The successful candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills in English as well as solid organizational skills. We are open to considering foreigners with no experience for the position. The salary offered is 1200 AED/month.
