Position: Office Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100, and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in office management and possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. The successful applicant must also have strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the office environment. This includes organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies; supervising clerical and administrative staff; monitoring office operations; handling customer inquiries; scheduling meetings and appointments; acting as the point of contact for external vendors; coordinating travel arrangements; handling phone calls; providing general support to visitors; maintaining filing systems; ensuring security measures are in place; preparing reports and other documents as needed.
The successful candidate will need to be highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills. They must also have a positive attitude and an ability to work independently or in a team setting.
