Recruiter Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual who is looking to make a positive impact on our organization. We are offering a competitive salary of 1700 AED, and are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter
• In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and present information clearly
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required; additional language skills are an asset

Job Description:
The Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Additionally, the Recruiter will be expected to:
• Develop creative strategies to source passive candidates
• Manage job postings on job boards and company website
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, assess candidates’ suitability
• Utilize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill rate, cost-per-hire) to track recruiting trends
• Participate in job fairs/events when necessary

Salary & Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1700 AED per month. Additional benefits include paid leave days, health insurance coverage, access to training programs, etc.
