We are looking for an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess excellent communication and computer skills, and have the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. As a Secretary, you will provide administrative support to management and staff in the organization. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies and managing emails.
You will also be responsible for providing customer service support by responding to inquiries from customers both in person and over the phone. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a positive attitude and is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should also have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues of all levels within the organization. A minimum of two years' experience as a Secretary or related administrative role is required. Fluency in English is essential for this position.
