Secretary job vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are a business located in Doha, and we are looking for a Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team. This includes answering telephones, scheduling meetings, organizing files, preparing reports and other documents, and providing general office support. They should also be able to work on their own initiative and have an eye for detail.

The successful applicant must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage but not essential.

The salary for this position is 1700 per month plus benefits. We are open to hiring foreigners too.
