Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 900 per month. We are also open to considering applications from immigrants for this role.
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams
• Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety laws, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of any other language would be beneficial.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, training, customer service, food quality, financial management, and compliance with health department regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics (sales targets, customer service scores) and take corrective action when necessary.
• Create weekly rotas and ensure that all staff are adequately trained and have the resources they need to do their jobs properly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the restaurant by regularly inspecting premises for cleanliness and safety compliance. • Develop strategies for increasing revenue while reducing costs such as wastage management or discounting campaigns. • Monitor customer feedback on social media platforms or online review sites to identify areas for improvement in the restaurant's service or menu offerings. • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards. • Work closely with other departments such as marketing or finance to ensure that all goals are met within budget constraints. • Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies regarding customer service, safety regulations etc., at all times.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required • 5+ years’ experience working as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
