Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling incoming calls, performing data entry tasks, filing documents, maintaining records, booking appointments and coordinating meetings. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail. He/She must also be able to work independently or as part of a team, show initiative when necessary and maintain confidentiality of information.
