Office Assistant - El-Ain, 1000/month
We are searching for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the office.

The Office Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate areas within the office
- Answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and forwarding messages as needed
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Preparing documents such as reports, presentations, memos, letters, etc., using Microsoft Office applications
- Maintaining records of all office activities and filing documents appropriately
- Coordinating with vendors for office supplies and other services
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by management
The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
