Secretary vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to provide excellent administrative support, maintain contact with internal and external clients, and ensure the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, good multitasking abilities, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of MS Office applications is also required.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, take messages, respond to emails, and greet visitors
• Manage daily office activities such as scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies etc.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents and reports; formatting spreadsheets etc.
• Monitor office supplies and order replacements when necessary
• Liaise with other departments as necessary
• Maintain contact with external clients as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask
Salary: 1200 AED/month
