Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks as well as providing support to management staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or staff member
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested
• Manage office supplies inventory and order items as needed
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and other events
• Take minutes during meetings
• Maintain updated records of important documents and files
• Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management staff
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a secretary in a similar environment. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, they must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Experience using office software such Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred. Immigrant candidates are welcome to apply. The salary for this position is 1100 AED per month.
