Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1000 AED / Month
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. This position reports directly to the Head of Administration and is a great opportunity for a motivated and organized individual looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the office staff by completing various tasks such as filing documents, arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking phone calls and performing other office duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask. They should also be detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic. Knowledge of MS Office programs is also required.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with general office duties such as filing documents, organizing supplies, etc.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
• Take messages from callers
• Maintain filing system for records management
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed
• Assist with other tasks when needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
