Office assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for an Office Assistant for our office in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. This position will report directly to the office manager and is responsible for providing administrative support to staff, performing clerical duties, as well as providing general assistance to ensure smooth operation of the office.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, be able to multitask and handle multiple demands simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in administration or a related field.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for answering phones calls, filing documents, preparing reports, processing orders, ordering supplies, distributing mail and other related duties as needed. They should be familiar with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel and they should be able to type accurately at a reasonable speed. They will also be expected to provide general administrative support such as photocopying documents and sorting incoming mail. The Assistant should also possess strong customer service skills as they will occasionally be required to deal with customer queries or complaints.
This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1800 per month plus other benefits such as medical insurance etc. We are open to considering applicants from overseas on the condition that they can provide valid work permits/visas etc.
