We are looking for a qualified and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers an attractive salary of 1100. We welcome applications from foreign candidates who have the necessary qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring that employees are productive and efficient. You will need to have strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Your duties will include but not be limited to: managing office supplies inventory, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing the office layout, supervising staff, overseeing customer service operations, dealing with correspondence and queries, and developing administrative systems to improve efficiency. You will also be responsible for preparing reports as needed by management or senior staff.
To be considered for this role you must possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization. You should have a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, experience in budgeting and financial management, knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office Suite, and proficiency in English both verbal and written. Previous experience as an Office Manager is highly desirable but not essential.
