Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have some experience in the banking industry; however, we are willing to consider immigrants with minimal work experience for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the bank and provide assistance as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding bank services, products, etc.
• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions accurately
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Monitor suspicious activity or transactions according to bank policies
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in banking is preferred but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude • Ability to work independently or on a team • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
