Housekeeping Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of housekeeping operations in the hotel.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies and processes
• Supervise all housekeeping staff, including scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
• Ensure that all rooms are properly cleaned and maintained according to industry standards
• Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Investigate guest complaints related to room cleanliness and take corrective action as needed
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning products, equipment, linen, uniforms etc. and order supplies as needed
• Liaise with other departments such as Maintenance, Laundry, Front Office etc. to ensure smooth operations
• Keep up-to-date with relevant industry trends and best practices to ensure high standards of service delivery

Salary: 1500 AED per month
