Supervisor position – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supervisor to join our team based in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision, and be knowledgeable in relevant areas. The salary for this position is 900 KD/month. Foreigners are welcome to apply.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead, manage, and motivate a team
• Ability to make decisions quickly in high-pressure situations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the assigned department or team
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement of processes and procedures
• Set goals and objectives for staff members and monitor progress towards them
• Provide mentorship, support, guidance and training to staff members when necessary
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback accordingly
