We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring that all clerical duties run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, coordinating events and handling correspondence
• Answer phones and direct calls as necessary
• Greet visitors and take messages as needed
• Manage filing systems for paper documents and digital documents
• Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents as needed
• Process expense reports and purchase orders
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of all work-related information at all times
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role; experience is preferred but not required • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) • Ability to use common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) • Exceptional organizational skills • Attention to detail • Strong customer service orientation • Open-mindedness to new technologies
Salary: 1700/month
