Secretary job in Doha Qatar
We are currently looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and we are open to considering immigrant applicants.
The primary responsibility of the Secretary is to provide administrative and clerical support for the organization. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to the appropriate staff member
• Greeting visitors in a professional manner
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events as needed
• Preparing documents such as letters, memos, reports, presentations, etc.
• Managing files and records efficiently and ensuring they are kept up-to-date
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required
• Providing general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• At least three years of experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask effectively while remaining organized
