Cashier job vacancy in Dubai UAE for unskilled workers


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Dubai!

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our cash register, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently with minimal direction.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure accuracy of all transactions
• Process returns, refunds and exchanges according to company policy
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accurate funds
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of registers area
• Keep accurate records of transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a courteous manner

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Cashier or similar role; experience in retail sales is a plus
• Solid understanding of customer service practices and principles
• Working knowledge of cash registers, POS systems, credit card machines, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• Excellent organizational skills with special attention to detail
