Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1800/month
Requirements for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of office routines and procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
• Fluency in English (Arabic language is an advantage)
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide general information about the company
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing papers, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, presentations, etc. as needed
• Perform data entry tasks when required
• Maintain records of office activities
