We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have at least three years of experience in a similar role. The Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting the office staff with administrative and clerical tasks, including preparing documents, filing, answering phones and emails, and assisting with other daily duties.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be able to prioritize tasks efficiently and work independently when needed. They should also be familiar with computers and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The candidate should also have knowledge of office procedures such as filing, organizing paperwork, and bookkeeping.
