Office Assistant - Reef Al Fujairah City
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibility of the Office Assistant is to provide administrative and clerical support to management and other staff members. This includes answering telephones, taking messages, filing documents, photocopying and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should also have experience with computer systems including word processing and spreadsheets.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision while providing excellent customer service. They should also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying close attention to detail. The successful candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in English. A foreign language is preferred but not required.
