Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Secretary for our office in Abu-Dhabi. This role requires a professional approach and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
This position requires someone who is able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, excellent computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, managing emails and telephone calls, scheduling meetings, filing documents, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining customer contact databases, organizing travel arrangements, and taking notes during meetings. The successful candidate must also have a good understanding of general office procedures such as typing documents, photocopying materials, ordering supplies, etc.
