Office Administrator, Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients and customers
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
• Maintain office supplies inventory and purchase supplies as needed
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
• Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and other documents as requested by management
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or office area
• Ensure that all office equipment is running smoothly and in good condition
• Provide administrative assistance to other departments when necessary
Salary: 1400 AED/month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
• Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular) • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
