Office Administrator - Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the staff. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of work experience and be willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a salary of 1400 AED per month.

Job Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or similar field
β’ Previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar role is preferred but not required
β’ Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
β’ Monitor office expenses and costs
β’ Maintain filing system for important documents such as invoices, contracts, etc.
β’ Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
β’ Handle customer complaints or transfer calls to the appropriate department
β’ Draft correspondence, memos, emails, letters, etc. when needed
β’ Prepare reports on office expenses and budgets
