Office Administrator - Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the staff. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of work experience and be willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a salary of 1400 AED per month.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
• Previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor office expenses and costs
• Maintain filing system for important documents such as invoices, contracts, etc.
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
• Handle customer complaints or transfer calls to the appropriate department
• Draft correspondence, memos, emails, letters, etc. when needed
• Prepare reports on office expenses and budgets
