We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a secretary, preferably in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be service oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities is also essential. The Secretary will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and staff, so an excellent telephone manner is also required.

The Secretary should have strong computer skills, including MS Office packages and ideally experience with a range of CRM systems. They should also have experience of diary management, travel arrangements and filing/record keeping.
