Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. As Secretary, you will be responsible for performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, writing reports, and updating records. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, manage the office supply inventory, and perform other tasks as assigned. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 for the right candidate.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• At least two years of related experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
