We are looking for a talented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This person should have excellent administrative skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month, along with other benefits such as paid vacation days and health insurance.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks. These may include answering phones, filing documents, preparing reports, ordering supplies, organizing meetings and events, taking minutes of meetings, maintaining databases, and providing support to other office staff as needed. You will also be expected to greet visitors and handle mail distribution.
To be successful in this role you should have strong organizational skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have strong attention to detail and good computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). It is also important that you are able to work independently and keep up with constantly changing deadlines.
