Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for Indian
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and a desire to grow within the organization. It is essential that the candidate is able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, mail sorting, answering phones, etc.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
• Prepare reports as requested by management team
• Ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist with onboarding new employees
• Assist with scheduling meetings and manage calendars
• Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience working in an office environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required
