Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing effective merchandising strategies for assigned stores or accounts
• Working closely with store managers to ensure that merchandise displays are set up correctly
• Monitoring sales trends, stock levels, customer feedback, and competitor activities
• Ensuring the accurate pricing of products on display
• Liaising with suppliers and negotiating terms of contracts
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience working as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is desired but not mandatory
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
