Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff, ensuring the efficient running of the office. The Office Assistant must have excellent organizational skills and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. We are open to considering immigrants for this role who can demonstrate their eligibility to work in Sharjah.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all areas of the office are neat, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Monitor and order office supplies when needed
• Receive visitors and manage incoming calls
• Handle mail distribution and courier services
• Assist colleagues with basic IT problems such as resetting passwords or troubleshooting software issues
• Support ad hoc tasks as required by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree is preferred but not necessary
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
