Job Summary

Responsibilities
-Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, cappuccino, espresso, and tea
-Operate the cash register and handle money accurately
-Ensure high quality of customer service is provided at all times
-Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
-Greet customers warmly with a smile
-Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
-Knowledge of coffee drinks preparation techniques
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
