We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our Abu-Dhabi team. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by completing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service focus as well as excellent communication skills. The Bank Teller should have previous experience in a banking environment and will need to demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial transactions. We are offering a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month for the successful candidate.

Your main duties include but are not limited to:
• Accurately processing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks;
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations;
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions;
• Answering customer inquiries;
• Updating customer information in the system;
• Cross-selling bank products and services;
• Balancing daily cash drawers accurately;
• Assisting customers in resolving any related issues or problems they may encounter.

To qualify for this role you should have:
• A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Bank Teller or similar role in a banking environment;
• A good understanding of banking regulations;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial transactions;
• Professional attitude towards clients and colleagues alike.
