Housekeeping Manager - Abu Dhabi, 1700 AED/Month

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager for a prestigious hotel in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality housekeeping services to our guests and maintaining the cleanliness of our premises.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or relevant experience in hospitality and customer service
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a large team of housekeeping staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department in order to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and order new supplies when needed
- Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff on their performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally
