Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience with the same position. • Ability to develop activities that promote physical, mental and social development in children.
• Excellent organizational skills, creativity and patience.
• Passionate about teaching young children.

Position Description:

The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment, developing lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of each individual student, monitoring each child's progress, managing classroom behavior, working closely with parents and other staff members, and providing the necessary support for the children's development. The teacher should be comfortable working with different age groups (3-4 year olds) and have an understanding of their needs. The teacher is expected to take an active role in continuing education by attending workshops or seminars related to early childhood education whenever possible.
