Secretary job in Sharjah UAE
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team based in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the team.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage workloads efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting office administration duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry and managing incoming calls; preparing documents and presentations; scheduling meetings; maintaining an organized filing system; carrying out research; providing customer service support; assisting with events organization; managing travel arrangements, etc.
The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as experience in using CRM systems. Additionally, they must have the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
