Office Assistant – Sharjah
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to handle a variety of tasks with minimal direction. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of AED 1800 per month and the opportunity to gain valuable experience.
The Office Assistant’s main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answering phones, taking messages, and responding to emails
• Maintaining office supplies by ordering items as needed
• Sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, faxing, etc.
• Greeting visitors in a professional manner
• Assisting with data entry or other office activities as needed
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills in English
• Good customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook or similar software programs
