Merchandiser – Sharjah
Salary: 1800 AED

We are looking for an experienced merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. We are ready to consider a candidate with no experience as well.

Requirements for the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Retail or any related field
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Previous experience in retail merchandising is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not required

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the store shelves are stocked with desired merchandise at all times
- Develop effective merchandising plans and strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the store
- Analyse customer buying patterns and preferences in order to develop targeted merchandising plans
- Monitor stock levels on a daily basis, analyse sales trends, and reorder merchandise when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their product queries
- Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability and pricing

Other Desirable Criteria:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment - Knowledge of POS systems (Point of Sale) as well as basic computer skills - Flexibility with working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
