Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to the office team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Duties and Responsibilities
The Office Assistant's primary duties will include greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing calls, arranging meetings, maintaining calendars, processing orders, photocopying documents, sorting mail, preparing reports/presentations and other administrative tasks as required. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills to help ensure the smooth running of the office. They should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills as they will be expected to liaise with customers and suppliers both in person and over the phone.
Qualifications and Skills
