We are a successful and growing business in Abu-Dhabi that is looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800 and we are willing to consider immigrants for the role.
The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as they will often be interacting with clients and other staff members. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including but not limited to filing, data entry, customer service, email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and answering phones. It is also important that they possess strong problem solving skills as well as an eye for detail when it comes to entering data accurately.
The ideal candidate should also have experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel as well as knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines. Knowledge of basic accounting principles would also be beneficial but not essential.
