Duties & Responsibilities
• Developing merchandising strategies to promote sales;
• Managing inventory levels;
• Monitoring store performance;
• Creating reports on store performance;
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise;
• Working with store managers to implement promotional activities;
• Analyzing customer feedback and market trends;
• Ensuring all products meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
• Proven experience in merchandise management;
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel);
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
