Housekeeping Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s housekeeping department. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff to ensure that all housekeeping duties are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure that all rooms meet the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and comfort
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order more when necessary
• Coordinate with other departments (such as maintenance) when needed
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Manage staff schedules and workloads efficiently
• Assist guests with any requests they may have


Qualifications:
• Prior experience in housekeeping management role is required
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
• Excellent understanding of safety protocols and techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
