Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1600 AED Monthly
Our company is seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, as well as providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining office supplies, equipment and stationery; ordering new supplies when necessary.
• Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Preparing documents, reports and presentations.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments; managing calendars.
• Processing invoices, tracking expenses and maintaining financial records.
• Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
• Assisting with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written; fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to work well in a multicultural environment; we are willing to consider immigrants for this role.
