We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating attractive product displays in store, as well as researching and evaluating market trends to ensure our merchandise meets customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the right combination of enthusiasm and knowledge of retailing and merchandising.
The key responsibilities of the Merchandiser include: coordinating product placement within store, creating effective visuals to attract customers, researching customer requirements and preferences, analyzing sales figures to assess current trends, and developing strategies to increase sales. The individual should also be able to develop strong relationships with suppliers.
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of retailing and merchandising principles, excellent communication skills, the ability to think analytically and use initiative when problem-solving. They should also have experience with inventory management systems and be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. Experience working in an international environment would be beneficial but not essential.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1500 per month for the right candidate, along with potential relocation benefits for immigrants. As this is an entry-level position we are also open to considering candidates without experience who can demonstrate enthusiasm for the role and relevant knowledge or qualifications.
