We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1700 per month. We welcome applications from foreign candidates.

Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments
• Developing and maintaining filing systems
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Typing reports, memos, letters, and other documents
• Providing administrative support to the executive team
• Handling incoming mail and making travel arrangements for executives.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a secretary or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
