We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English, as well as strong organizational skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, including scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing documents and taking accurate minutes of meetings. You will also be expected to answer phones, assist with filing systems, maintain office supplies, and provide other general office support. We are open to considering applicants with no experience for the position, but those with previous clerical or administrative experience will be given preference.
