Administrative Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team and manage workflow of various projects. We welcome all qualified applicants with a salary of 1000 AED.
Requirements:
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be eligible for work authorization in the UAE

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming mail, emails, telephone calls and other communication channels
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Update computer databases with new information or changes as needed
• Assist with organizing meetings including booking venues, preparing agendas, taking notes and updating action plans after the meeting
• Support other teams or departments during busy periods or when extra help is needed
