Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of our office, as well as managing personnel and providing support to other departments. This position offers a salary of 1200 and is open to both local and foreign applicants.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office;
• Ensure that all incoming mail is distributed promptly;
• Develop and implement filing systems;
• Manage personnel, including recruitment, performance reviews, training, etc.;
• Maintain employee records;
• Monitor usage of office supplies;
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks such as organizing meetings and scheduling appointments;
• Provide customer service support when needed;
• Handle other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Good communication skills (verbal and written);
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
